The Role


We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Key Account Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our most valued clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, fostering growth opportunities, and aligning our sustainability software solutions with their business needs. 


Your main Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main liaison for high-value clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and challenges. 
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. 
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, and Engineering) to address client requirements and feedback. 
  • Monitor client health and proactively address potential risks or concerns. 
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. 
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, reports, and presentations to key stakeholders. 


Your Qualifications/Experience


  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales (3–5 years, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment). 
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. 
  • Resilience and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations effectively. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. 
  • Knowledge of sustainability 
  • Experience in Corporate, Tier 1 or Consulting  
  • Experience in the Supply Chain sector and/or Financial Institutions Group (FIG)
