We are seeking a CTO who can become a partner and equity owner.
Role Overview
The CTO will define and lead C-MORE’s technical vision across Engineering, AI, Data, Infrastructure, and Security. This leader must be deeply technical, client-facing, and uncompromising in execution, delivery, and excellence.
This role requires exceptional accountability, rigorous time management, and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full technical architecture and long-term technology strategy.
Lead the transformation from SaaS to AI-native platform.
Ensure delivery excellence with strict adherence to timelines.
Oversee engineering, AI, data engineering, DevOps, and security.
Meet clients, communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
Build, scale, and mentor high-performance teams.
Work closely with CEO & leadership, but also Head of Engineering and Head of AI
Key Qualifications
7+ years in engineering/AI/data; 3+ years in leadership.
Strong experience in cloud-native architecture.
Expertise in LLMs, RAG, ML systems, Python.
Understanding data flow from getting data from client, storing it into database, to being used by AI.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines with precision.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
