| Who and why are we hiring? |

C-MORE has been successful growing it's SaaS (ESG MATURITY) business globally. As a Finance Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing the financial day-to-day operations but also participate in the strategy of our ESG tech company. Your role and expertise will guide us toward sustainable growth and financial success.


Location: Remote

CORE TASKS ARE EXPECTED TO INCLUDE:


  • Updating and supervising the current controlling financial model;

  • Updating and supervising the current business plan financial model;

  • Controlling cash flow and working capital management (mainly, receivables and payables);

  • Invoicing, payments and account/bank reconciliation;

  • Participating and preparing meetings with governance bodies and investors to discuss performance of the Company or other financial matters.

  • Provide monthly forecasts, manage actual expenditures, and create Excel-based reports.

  • Drive process, system, and control improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Being a Certified Accountant - highly appreciated.

  • Relevant education for the job (e.g. management, economics, finance, etc.);

  • 5+ years’ experience of Corporate Finance as Financial Controller, Lead or CFO;

  • Proven experience and knowledge of all finance operations/departments;

  • Deepth knowledge of excel and financial modelling;

  • Intermediate PowerBI;

  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus;

  • Fluent (speaking and writing) English is a must. Portuguese or Spanish are highly appreciated - crucial for Openness and Collaboration in our diverse, global team;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization – showing a Collaboration and Openness mindset;

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide the best fit solution to our clients and provide actionable insights - essential for making Mission-Driven, strategic decisions;

  • Autonomous, ownership, multitasking, open to give and receive feedback, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and constant change, problem solver and a continuous improvement mindset - this embodies all our values, with a particular emphasis on Responsibility and Excellence;

  • Digital proficiency - aligns with Openness to new technologies and tools, as well as our commitment to Excellence in the digital age;

  • Experience in international and/or remote teams/environments is a plus.

· Fully remote - hybrid model is not expected

· Paid 24 days/year of absence for vacations
