Global Head of Supply Chain Vertical (Worldwide)

Accountability: Full P&L, Sales, Growth, Delivery, and Market Leadership
Role Purpose
The Global Head of Supply Chain Vertical is a senior executive role responsible for building, scaling, and leading C-MORE’s global Supply Chain and Supplier Risk Management (SRM) business.
This role owns end-to-end commercial success of the vertical—strategy, go-to-market, sales (new business and upselling), partnerships, solution development, and global delivery execution.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role acts as the global business owner for the Supply Chain vertical, shaping C-MORE’s market positioning, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across all regions.
Define and execute the global strategy for C-MORE’s Supply Chain & SRM vertical, aligned with the company’s overall growth ambitions.
Identify priority markets, industries, and client segments, translating market insight into clear revenue targets and growth plans.
Build a scalable portfolio of solutions (advisory, data, technology-enabled services, managed services) that address client needs across supply chain risk, resilience, sustainability, and compliance.
Continuously evolve the offering based on market demand, regulatory trends, and client feedback.
Hold full accountability for global revenue performance, including:
New business acquisition
Expansion and upselling within existing client accounts
Personally lead or sponsor strategic client engagements, large opportunities, and global accounts.
Design and drive the global go-to-market model, including pricing, value propositions, sales enablement, and pipeline management.
Build and manage channel and strategic partnerships that accelerate market access and growth.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development:
Opportunity identification
Solution design and validation
Pilot and launch
Global rollout and scaling
Leverage technology, data, and analytics to create differentiated, scalable offerings.
Act as the internal and external thought leader for Supply Chain and SRM at C-MORE, shaping the narrative with clients, partners, and the market.
Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of Supply Chain and SRM solutions across all regions.
Define global standards, methodologies, and governance for delivery while allowing for local market adaptation.
Work closely with regional leaders and operational teams to:
Align capacity with demand
Maintain margins and quality
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Own delivery performance as part of overall P&L responsibility.
Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team across sales, delivery, and solution leadership.
Act as a central point of expertise and coordination for all Supply Chain-related activities across C-MORE.
Collaborate closely with:
Regional leadership
Technology & product teams
Legal, finance, and marketing
Other vertical or solution leaders
Where appropriate, support M&A or strategic acquisitions that accelerate scale, capability, or market entry.
Ensure all activities comply with C-MORE’s Code of Conduct, integrity standards, and risk policies.
Promote a strong culture of ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability.
Champion safe and responsible business practices across all markets.
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain, SRM, sustainability, risk, or related professional services.
Proven P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
Demonstrated success in:
Building and scaling global solutions
Leading complex sales cycles
Managing enterprise or multinational clients
Deep understanding of supplier risk, due diligence, compliance, sustainability, and supply chain resilience, particularly in the context of investors, corporates, and regulated environments.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
