We’re currently looking for a Head of AI to help us in our mission to transform the world for the better spearheading our data and AI initiatives, ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of innovation and efficiency.

Role Overview
As the Head of AI at C-MORE, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our data and AI strategies, ensuring our solutions are intelligent, scalable, and efficient. We are looking for someone with an intellectually curious mindset and strong critical thinking skills, capable of staying ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our AI-powered features to enhance our product offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and data science, applying them effectively to our product.
  • Ensure the efficiency and scalability of AI models and data processing pipelines.

· Develop and oversee data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Given our partnerships with major financial institutions, we take data security very seriously and ensure that all practices adhere to the highest standards of data governance and compliance.

  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and implement data architecture that supports advanced analytics and AI applications.
  • Mentor and develop the team.
  • Leverage AI to improve automation and decision-making processes within the company.
  • Being passionate about the company mission, and understand how we can further use AI to improve business as a whole.
  • Stay curious and flexible, always focusing on finding solutions to any blockers you may encounter.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
  • Expertise in data engineering, including building scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep experience with cloud platforms, preferably IBM Cloud, and building cloud-based AI/data systems.
  • Proven experience working with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), productionizing language models, and leveraging state-of-the-art models (Gemini 2.0 Flash, Sonnet 3.5, Grok 3 or any other based on relevant benchmarks for the business)
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools and libraries like SpaCy, NLTK and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience with machine learning model deployment tools and Docker for containerization.
  • Experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly to new advancements in AI and data science.
  • Experience working with ESG data and understanding of ESG metrics and reporting standards is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
