Role Overview
The Head of AI will build and lead C-MORE’s AI strategy, systems, and transformation into a fully AI-native platform. This role requires curiosity, innovation, technical depth, and operational discipline.
This role requires exceptional accountability, rigorous time management, and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead C-MORE’s AI strategy and model development.
Build agent-based systems (including using latest LLMs, context engineering, RAG)
Ensure AI accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Integrate AI deeply into the C-MORE SaaS.
Oversee data governance and AI compliance.
Mentor and grow a world-class AI team.
Key Qualifications
5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering.
Strong experience with LLMs.
Experience deploying ML systems at scale.
Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Has built an agent that processes data and knows challenges we will face
