What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute the growth and sales strategy for LATAM
✅ Drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth
✅Monitor and report on key performance indicators, presenting growth metrics and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
✅ Build relationships and expand our network within Big4, FIG (Financial Institutions Group), and Agribusiness
✅ Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen the company's position in the sustainability-tech sector.
✅ Identify opportunities to position our sustainability solutions in key industries
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and expansion goals
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in sales and business development in LATAM
✔ A strong network and contacts in Big4, FIG, and Agribusiness
✔ Deep knowledge of sustainability trends and market dynamics
✔ A track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets
✔ Data-driven mindset with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
✔ Fluency in Portuguese (Spanish is highly appreciated!)
