| Position Overview |
C-MORE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team. This role will be pivotal in setting up our new data platform, which will serve as the backbone for our Data Analysis, Data Science, and Machine Learning teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL/ELT processes, orchestration tools, data warehousing, and data modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Implement and manage orchestration workflows.
- Build and optimize data warehouses.
- Develop and maintain data models and architecture.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
- Monitor and ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of data infrastructure.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in ETL/ELT tools (ideally DbT).
- Proficiency in orchestration tools (ideally Airflow).
- Strong experience with data warehouse solutions (preferably Google BigQuery).
- Extensive knowledge of data modelling techniques, with a preference for the Kimball methodology.
- Solid understanding of SQL and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

· Fully remote - hybrid model is not expected
