UX/UI Lead — B2B Product Experience
The C-MORE Company | Remote, Worldwide
The C-MORE Company builds data products for enterprise risk, compliance, and decision-making. Our platform collects and processes non-public data. It supports multi-stakeholder scoring and non-financial risk analysis. Our clients include SGS, Meta, Cummins, and the World Bank.
We are expanding from Europe into the United States and Latin America. We need a UX/UI Lead who can help us create a clear, consistent, and reliable product experience across these markets.
We are looking for a UX/UI Lead with strong product judgement and experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
You must understand how users think, make decisions, build trust, and respond to complex information. You will use this understanding to identify the right product problems and design effective solutions.
This is not an execution-only role. You will help define what the product should do, how it should work, and which assumptions should be challenged. You must be able to examine established industry practices from first principles rather than reproduce familiar patterns without question.
You will own the design process from research and problem definition through to implementation. You must be able to turn product thinking into clear workflows, detailed interfaces, and technically practical specifications.
You will work closely with product, engineering, sales, and company leadership. You will connect user behaviour, business requirements, product strategy, and technical constraints.
You will:
• Develop a detailed understanding of our users, their goals, their constraints, and how they make decisions.
• Identify product problems and question assumptions before proposing interface solutions.
• Help define product requirements, workflows, and priorities.
• Apply behavioural and cognitive principles to complex enterprise workflows.
• Define and maintain the UX/UI strategy for a complex B2B SaaS platform.
• Design workflows for risk, compliance, and data-intelligence use cases.
• Turn complex product requirements into clear and usable interfaces.
• Produce detailed designs that engineering teams can implement.
• Work with engineers to resolve technical constraints and maintain design quality during implementation.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system.
• Design for multiple markets, including Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
• Design multi-user workflows, permission models, administrative tools, dashboards, and onboarding flows.
• Make complex data and processes understandable to non-technical users.
• Support product marketing through onboarding, feature launches, in-product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Work closely with the CEO, Head of AI, product and engineering teams, and regional sales teams.
• Conduct user research with enterprise clients, including compliance teams, risk teams, administrators, and senior decision-makers.
• Test product assumptions and validate designs before and after implementation.
• Review shipped work and improve the product based on user feedback, observed behaviour, and product data.
You should have:
• At least 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Several years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong product judgement and a record of making effective product decisions.
• A strong understanding of user psychology, behaviour, and decision-making.
• The ability to define problems, challenge assumptions, and reason from first principles.
• A portfolio that shows your role in product decisions, not only final interface designs.
• A portfolio that shows work from research and early concepts through to shipped products.
• Experience designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience with multi-user or multi-stakeholder products.
• Experience creating or maintaining a design system.
• Experience working directly with software engineers.
• The ability to understand technical constraints and produce implementation-ready designs.
• Evidence that your work improved conversion, adoption, retention, usability, or sales outcomes.
• A working knowledge of product positioning, messaging, and feature launches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working remotely and across time zones.
• English (mandatory) — full professional proficiency, both written and verbal. All internal communication, documentation, design artefacts, and user research with our international clients are conducted in English.
The following experience is useful but not required:
• Fintech
• Compliance
• Risk management
• Data platforms
• Enterprise reporting
• Multi-market or multilingual products
• Additional languages (Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus given our expansion into Latin America.
We are a small, senior team.
You must be able to work independently and take responsibility for product outcomes. You will not receive complete requirements and then design against them. You will help investigate the problem, test the assumptions, and determine what should be built.
You must be able to explain your reasoning, accept criticism, and revise your decisions when the evidence changes.
You must also be comfortable working at different levels of detail. This includes user behaviour, product strategy, complete workflows, design systems, implementation details, and individual interface states.
• Location: Fully remote, worldwide
• Reports to: CPO and Head of AI
• Employment type: To be confirmed
• Seniority: Senior or Staff-level individual contributor, or Design Lead
• Language: English (mandatory)
