We are looking for a Head of Sales & Key Account Manager – Iberia to drive our expansion across Spain and Portugal.
This is a high-ownership, market-building role combining new business generation (≈70%) with strategic account growth (≈30%).
You will be responsible for building the Iberian market from the ground up—creating pipeline, closing enterprise deals, and expanding key accounts.
This is not a traditional sales role.
This is a market-building role requiring education-led selling.
You will often need to create demand, not just convert it.
Build and own the Iberia pipeline from near-zero to a scalable revenue engine
Identify, target, and close enterprise opportunities across Spain and Portugal
Lead the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing
Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across key industries
Position C-MORE as a strategic solution for ESG, risk, and performance
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Iberian clients
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor aligned with client priorities
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Iberia
Provide continuous feedback on market needs, messaging, and positioning
Represent C-MORE in key ecosystems, events, and strategic conversations
7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (SaaS, data, ESG, or similar)
Strong hunter profile, with proven ability to generate and close new business
Experience in building or scaling a market/territory from near-zero
Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
Ability to sell through education, insight, and consultative approaches
Experience managing and growing key accounts
Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal)
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory)
Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
